We are very pleased to announce that a deal has been signed for Deluxe Media Europe (the global post production company), to take 100% ownership of the joint venture Apps department formed in 2009 with Island Wall Entertainment. The deal will mean that the mobile app team from Island Wall Entertainment will be moving into Deluxe’s Soho Square office with Henry Bennett & Paul Loram continuing to head up the venture for Deluxe.
In the last 4 years, our Apps business has become one of the leading suppliers of innovative mobile apps to the entertainment market with a client base including BBC, ITV, Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox, eOne, Random House and Fremantle. We have developed apps for high profile entertainment brands such as Planet Earth, Top Gear, Countdown, Despicable Me and Davina McCall Fitness, alongside creating a very successful App publishing division with over 1 million paid downloads across our licensed game show portfolio.
The Island Wall Entertainment Apps team are very excited to be joining the Deluxe family and we look forward to working with our existing and future clients on exciting mobile app projects soon.
