Deluxe developed 2 applications for Universal Studios to mark the DVD/BluRay release of the movie Despicable Me. Today they were launched and rocketed to the #1 and #5 positions in the Entertainment category of the iTunes App Store. We had to recreate 3D models of the minion characters and animate them recreating movements and actions from the movie. Utilising Bluetooth and wifi any 2 people in close proximity can make their characters interact with each other… Just dont get too carried away!
